Which One Do You Really Need?
Wondering if it’s time for a deep clean or just routine maintenance? Learn how to decide, and get professional advice for staying ahead of the mess. Cleaning your home goes beyond keeping it tidy—it also helps maintain a healthy, comfortable environment. But here’s the thing not every mess is the same. If your home is generally tidy and you keep up with chores, regular cleaning is fine. But if you’re dealing with layers of dust, grease, or forgotten corners, it’s time for something deeper...
Maintenance Cleaning is performed weekly or bi-weekly to keep your home consistently clean and affordable. Prioritizing high-traffic areas with a consistent standard of surface-level upkeep throughout the rest of your home without addressing heavy buildup, making it ideal for ongoing care. Typical service time ranges from 30 minutes to 2 hours, depending on the size of the home.
Deep Cleaning Deep Cleaning covers all tasks in Maintenance Cleaning but goes further by addressing buildup that accumulates over time, prevent hygiene issues and reducing maintenance costs. This service prioritizes all areas of your home, tackling heavy buildup and preparing spaces for a move-in, a newborn, or ongoing upkeep. Recommended every 3–6 months, it typically takes 4 to 9 hours depending on the size of your home.

Policy
Payment - Due after each visit. Cash preferred; Zelle or checks (checks are $8 fee) accepted.
Cancellations & Schedule Notice - We understand that things come up, life happens. But when cancellations or changes are made last-minute, it disrupts our schedule and affects routes and other clients. We handle genuine emergencies with understanding and will also notify you if we ever need to adjust the schedule. We kindly ask for early notice when rescheduling to avoid the $40 cancellation fee. This helps us stay fair, efficient, and respectful of everyone’s time including yours.
Safety - We do not move heavy furniture, climb beyond a step stool, or handle hazardous materials.
Condition Adjustment - Every home is unique, and sometimes additional cleaning needs come up during a service. This could be areas that weren’t fully visible during the walkthrough, or special requests you make during the visit, such as wall cleaning, inside appliances, or organizing specific areas. We are happy to accommodate these requests, but please note that any additional work may result in a price adjustment. We will always communicate with you first and confirm any changes before continuing. This ensures our team can provide the highest-quality cleaning while keeping pricing fair for both sides.
Satisfaction - We take pride in delivering thorough, consistent cleaning for every home. While we aim to meet the expectations discussed during your quote and walkthrough, please note that our team focuses on the work agreed upon for each visit. If you have questions or concerns about your service, we’re happy to discuss them and provide guidance on any additional services you may want.
Frequently Asked Questions
Q: Can I lower the cost of my cleaning?
A: Yes! There are several ways to adjust your cleaning plan to fit your budget. Keep in mind that these options may reduce the scope of work, so the home may not be cleaned as thoroughly as with a full service.
Q: How can I help make my cleaning more efficient?
A: Putting away personal items, toys, or other clutter before our visit helps our team work efficiently and may reduce the time needed for cleaning.
Q: Are there tasks I can do myself to reduce the price?
A: Absolutely. Simple tasks like making beds, tidying personal items, or vacuuming high-traffic areas can reduce the overall quote.
Q: Can we skip certain areas of the home?
A: Yes. You can choose to exclude rooms, basements, closets, or specific spaces. This can help lower your quote while still keeping the areas you prioritize cleaned.
Q: What about optional add-ons?
A: Services like oven interiors, fridge cleaning, cabinet interiors, or detailed wall/furniture cleaning are optional. Removing these add-ons can help reduce your cost.
Q: How do I know what’s right for my home and budget?
A: We’re happy to discuss custom options. Our goal is to balance cost with thorough, high-quality cleaning so you get the service you need within your budget.
